    Sorry maybe i was not clear enough i was referring the the sharing option available by default in wordpress, the ones after each post. You might see that it is zero plus ones for google plus and a few for facebook and twitter. But for the same post which got automatically published in my google plus page after using the wordpress option publicise i have a few hundred plus ones.Am i clear now?

Well i want to know of the best SEO practices to better optimize my site for seo from day one. Well it would be kind of you to give me any kind of help if at all possible. I don't have any wrong intentions to waste others time whatsoever. PLease guide me in the right path possible or at least stop leaving a negative comment(its how i took it).

    Yes at once you need and should have only one seo plugin. Almost any seo plugin disables the default one!
    Even i do think that the Yoast Seo Plugin for wordpress is very good at what it does. According to me no other free plugin comes nearby!

    Thanks for your suggestions rfmeier It did work. I have now changed it and now its looking better! I would also love if you could help me reduce the size of the menu. It is just too broad i would like to reduce it to a better width i.e reduce the size.
    And also when you visit my site you'll find that the left and the right side are blank can you suggest me any idea to put it into better use? Can i add like a fixed menu bar even in that white space and in the right white space add some social icons with some ads? Any suggestions and how to do it?

    Thanks for your suggestion but i'm already using it! But by any chance do you know if infinite seo by wpmu dev is better than SEO plugin from Yoast. I know that infinite SEO is paid but i already have a license.

    1) The slider is just awesome! But i have one point just try changing the font colour on the pictures i'm not able to read the white text easily so maybe try changing it to black or some other colour.
    2) The font is not easy to read with the white background as paulsibley mentioned.
    3) Maybe you could try putting the Menu on the top instead of putting it below the slider, even though it may not look as awesome as now but it adds to ease of navigation.
    4) Your site load speed was 5.4 seconds when i tested with pingdom. This is a average speed please try improving your speed, maybe try to get it around 2-3 seconds.
    5) In this page http://synthesisgroup.com.au/the-wire/#start try redesigning the From the Blog section, theres a lot of grey space than required.
    6) try adding some numbering or something like that to the footer as currently it is not easy on the eyes!

    Important: Your sites load speeds under load is really a matter of high importance. I run a load speed test( I.e how your site performs under load and the results are really worrying. It reaches around 15 seconds when there are 50 users.
    I think that the main reason for this is unoptimized images. Try lossely compressing your images and also ry using smush.it This is a serious thing if you want the site to perform well.
    You can view the results here http://loadimpact.com/load-test/synthesisgroup.com.au-8bb34fcce7c9e4ed716d708af8b0e5b3

    All the best on your project.
    And one help my site is http://www.booktips.in can you pour some insites on how my site is (http://www.studiopress.community/topic/feedback-on-my-first-ever-site-with-wordpress/) here? Any suggestions are welcome!

    Well guys i resorted for a simpler solution, just changed the adcode to another link, and now the new one is resizing properly. Maybe it is a problem on their side! Thanks for your help!

    Any idea on how to put them with the lowest impact on load times? I currently use the simple social icons plugins, can i do some tweaks in there or should i go with some other plugin? If you're suggesting for a paid plugin then choose from wpmu dev collection ! I want it to look beautiful and have very less impact on performance!

    SO i put these
    1) $(‘.http://cdn.ay.gy/images/banners/adfly.728?—90.2’).each(function()
    2)$(‘.http://cdn.ay.gy/images/banners/adfly.728?—90.1’).each(function()
    in the header and footer scripts in the genesis theme settings. But when i view the site i get this code displayed in the top and the ad is not resized.
    I then tried without http://cdn.ay.gy/images/banners/ in those scripts and even then they get displayed like $(‘.adfly.728?—90.2’).each(function() in the top of the page and the ad is not resized.

    Well i just forgot one thing. That ad you see is not actually only one picture. It is actually two. When a visitor views the website at once instance he will see only one image but when reloaded he may see another this feature was provided by adrotate so using $(‘.myspecificclass img’).each(function() i have to put both the images right like $(‘.http://cdn.ay.gy/images/banners/adfly.728?—90.2.gif’).each(function() and $(‘.http://cdn.ay.gy/images/banners/adfly.728?—90.1.gif’).each(function() correct? And also how do i access header.php of my theme?

    Hi, thanks for your reply. I just read that article. And one thing my theme is already a responsive theme and it scales good except the few ad lines which i put up with the Adrotate plugin. So should i use this to solve my problem? $('.myspecificclass img').each(function()
    But i have one doubt. How do find the name of the image of my ad?
