If you're trying to create a Post for your blog, then there won't be a Templates panel. The standard behavior is for Templates to work on WP Pages only. If you need to have a WP Post that behaves differently from the default, the typical solution is to create a Custom Post Type.
essaysnarkParticipantIt sounds like you're designating your premium posts based on categories. If so then I think you could do something like this (untested):
function add_icon_before_entry_content() { if ( in_category( 'catname' )) { echo '<img src="http://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/etc/youricon.gif">'; } }; add_action('genesis_before_entry_content', 'add_icon_before_entry_content');
essaysnarkParticipantWhen I tried to use Jetpack about a year ago, it caused some conflicts for me, and I've heard a couple others report something similar. That was quite awhile ago so those may be resolved now, and I don't even remember what the conflicts were anyway (I don't think they were Genesis-specific), so this isn't much help as a caution - except to just make sure you test everything when you turn it on. Just in case.
essaysnarkParticipantSo, crazy question: Have you enabled HTML 5 support in your theme?
essaysnarkParticipantThis is a decidedly low-tech option, but what we do in a similar situation is to include a $ symbol in the post title to indicate that it's premium content.
I'm sure there's a way to do what you're asking through many other methods but this works for us and it's instantly obvious no matter where the post is displayed that it's not a freebie. Would this work for you or do you need something different?

Beyond that, there seems to be something different set up with the taxonomy for "costa esmeralda" (obviously, right? 😉 ). The query string is missing "propertyid" which may give a clue on what to investigate. Or, you could check to make sure that there are no special characters in the taxonomy entry (no accented characters).
essaysnarkParticipantLooks like you're on DreamHost; you may want to review this thread:

(It's long; you could read it backwards from the part where I link to the halfelf site and Ipstenu shows up.)
essaysnarkParticipantIf you log on to My StudioPress (top of the page - requires a different login than these forums) then it'll show you all the themes you've purchased, with links to the Theme Setup for each one.
essaysnarkParticipantTry:
essaysnarkParticipantHey Anthony - that's actually PHP code so it goes in your functions.php file. If you put it in style.css you should delete it from there. Just be super careful when editing functions.php, since one mistake can bring down your whole site. Make sure you have a backup of the file before you edit it, and know how to FTP into the server to restore the backup in case something goes wrong. Here's the link to the snippets page with that code on it: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/post-meta/
essaysnarkParticipantI'm pretty sure that this is what you want:
//* Remove the post meta function remove_action( 'genesis_after_post_content', 'genesis_post_meta' );
You can find a lot of these on the Snippets section of My StudioPress: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/
essaysnarkParticipantMaybe this will help?
https://gist.github.com/wpbacon/7811207
(don't know why it wouldn't let me paste in the URL straight...)
essaysnarkParticipantI've poked around on this for about half an hour but it's not an easy fix (especially since I don't have experience working with this particular plugin). The fact that it was working before with Yoast means that the instructions you linked to for changing header.php aren't relevant (those are for people who couldn't make Simple work with Yoast, but that's not you). I've never heard of Genesis filtering the wp_title thing in a way that causes problems but that seems to be where the disconnect is with your theme and this plugin.
Maybe someone else around here can help, but my bet is that you're going to either get support from SimplePress or migrate off to something else. We use bbPress with Genesis just fine; this page looks pretty thorough in providing migration instructions: http://9seeds.com/tech/moving-forums-from-simplepress-to-bbpress/
Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
essaysnarkParticipantThe theme setup instructions in My StudioPress should be able to help you - did you try going through them? See How to Use a Custom Header Image, hopefully that will get you what you need.
essaysnarkParticipantIf I'm understanding you correctly, you could simply add line breaks after your "leaders in their industry" text.
essaysnarkParticipantRight now that page is not outputting a title tag at all. It sounds like you have three plugins that are trying to handle SEO settings. That's complicated. Maybe try disabling Yoast to see if you can get away without it? Genesis handles the basics of SEO pretty well already (and yes, Genesis does things differently in terms of how themes are constructed). Maybe someone else here is running Simple Forums but I haven't seen it mentioned much.
essaysnarkParticipantPollDaddy has Likert questions, very easy to use and integrate with a WP site.
essaysnarkParticipantI'm not seeing "Manhattan" anywhere on your site. Did you fix it? Or perhaps it was a cacheing issue on your end?
essaysnarkParticipantI think that's a third-party theme and I don't have access to it so you may want to contact the theme developer directly for assistance. I don't have any issues with how that plugin works with my Genesis theme so it could be something with how that widget area is implemented (not sure).
essaysnarkParticipantProvided that you haven't modified your style.css then it should be on line 1349: change
color: #fff;
to whatever color you prefer instead (e.g.,#000
for black). This is going to change the text color in more areas than just those widget areas. -
