Janet, you'll need to adjust the Responsive CSS as well. Almost every time you adjust the content width you'll need to make adjustments to the responsive code.

EMR Design Studio ~ Follow me on Twitter emrdesignstudioElsaMemberDecor's inner width is set at 1140px - by making the left sidebar wider you are going over the 1140px width therefore pushing the sidebar to the bottom. I suggest you change the #content-sidebar-wrap to 905px and the #content to 670px. This will bring the left sidebar up and still give you a padding space between the content and the sidebars.
