I would expect that Studiopress, when negotiating with WP Engine, would have made provision for the honoring of any commitments to existing customers.
If they didn't and if WP Engine doesn't honor the commitments, that would tarnish the reputation of both Studiopress and WP Engine and would leave them open to legal action.
Having said that, it is possible that WP Engine could discontinue development of some products (e.g. new themes). Who knows?
I had a lifetime account with another prominent theme developer who sold out to another company. All my account was transferred to the new company but no new themes have been developed for over 2 years, rendering my account useless.
As far as I recall StudioPress Pro Plus All-Themes Package entitles you to all current themes and any future themes. If WP Engine doesn't develop any future themes they are probably not in breach of contract.
As Victor says: "wait and see".

text-indent: -9999px;
at line 1912 of your style.css (on drdeschat.com and olivesontap.com)#mobile_menu_area #pull span { display: block; height: 30px; text-indent: -9999px; }
If you remove that line the text will appear. I don't know why it is there.

EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipanteamonmoriartyParticipantAt line 1429 0f your style.css you have:
.content { float: left; width: 700px; }
If you change it to
width: 100%;
you will get full width which looks good.
I'm not sure if that is your intention.

EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantThis isn't a StudioPress theme but it is a Genesis child theme which is designed specifically for on-line courses:

Maybe worth a look.
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantAt line 909 of your style.css
change
background-color: #000;
to
background-color: #005285;
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipanteamonmoriartyParticipantat line 1268 of your style.css
delete the line:
overflow: hidden;
See if that works.
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantChange line 1632 of your style.css to
.sidebar { font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.2; }
Adjust the values to suit yourself.
I am not seeing darker in About.

EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantThere is a plugin called 'WooCommerce Advanced Shipping' available on Codecanyon.
I don't know if that can achieve what you need but it may be worth looking at. $17
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipanteamonmoriartyParticipantWhen you say 'changes my menu fonts' do you mean your main menu (Home About Contact)?
I don't see the CSS code I gave you changing that.
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantTry adding the following to your style.css
.archive-pagination a { color: #fff !important; }
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantTry adding the following to your style.css
.simple-social-icons { margin-bottom: 0 !important; }
That should override the CSS of the plugin. You can increase the value '0' as you wish
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantHave you tried changing the background-color at line 926 of your style.css?
.site-header.dark { background-color: #000; }
It should work.
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantIn your stylesheet you have:
html, body { height: 100%; margin: 0; padding: 0; }
I don't know what line it is on as you have minified.css but to get the page centered you need to have
body { margin: 0 auto; }
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantI have used a plugin called Advanced Excerpt to retain formatting on the excerpts.
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipantYour'e welcome.
Also you may want to decrease the whitespace at the bottom of your header.You have your header set to a minimum height of 150px.
You could reduce the height at line 1020 of your style.css} .site-header { background-color: #fff; min-height: 150px; }
Eamon Moriarty
EM DzineeamonmoriartyParticipant1) At line 1025 of your style.css you have:
.site-header .wrap { padding: 40px 0; }
Reduce the 40px to a lower value of your choice.
2) At line 1217 change the background-color to this:
.nav-primary { background-color: #1e73be; }
3) At line 1286 of your style.css add a color of your choice (I have added black here)
.home-top { background-color: #000; border-top: 1px solid #ececec; }
