Thanks. I think I found the problem. If there are already comments in the page, it will still be displayed although no further comments are allowed. One option is to create a new page without any comments and I have done that.

Under Genesis > SEO Settings, there is an option to apply nofollow to the homepage. I realized that my AdSense in the homepage are now showing a blank but individual posts are fine. Since it doesn't work as what I wanted, I have reverted back.
