    yes you have added quotes to the front and back. If you take away one of those quotes it works as expected. This as I said previously could be because there is an open quote further up the stylesheet somewhere.

    go to Pages - Add New

    Create a page called Blog and assign the Blog page template to it via the Attributes area in the sidebar area

    Then go to Genesis Theme settings and scroll down to the blog page settings area and configure.

    I think you may have some part of the css above open somewhere because if you add ' to the front of the font family

    font-family: 'P22FLLWTerracotta-Regular;

    it renders properly in IE8 and Chrome

    you can do this via css,

    create a folder in your child theme called headers then right click on your page and open page source on your browser - find the page id then in css write your code like so;

    .page-id-1 #header #title-area {
    background: url(images/headers/image.jpg) ;
    }

    .page-id-2 #header #title-area {
    background: url(images/headers/image.jpg) ;
    }

    this part #header #title-area may need to be tweaked depending on if it is a full width header

    I have no experience with that form builder, however Gravity Forms can be used to post to WP so if you have any problems with the other form builder check out this page (relevant area is the last example) http://www.gravityforms.com/features/form-builder/

    try this

    // Replaces the excerpt "more" text by a link
    function new_excerpt_more($more) {
           global $post;
    	return '<a class="moretag" href="'. get_permalink($post->ID) . '"> Read the full article...</a>';
    }
    add_filter('excerpt_more', 'new_excerpt_more');

    you can access them here. But remember that with the new versions many of the code snippets will need some tweaking.

    that setting only affects the blog page. To set the homepage you need to go to Settings - Reading - Blog pages show at most

    However, be aware that whatever you set that to will also control your archive/category/tag/search pages.

    if you use Nick's Genesis Featured Widget Amplified plugin you have much greater control over all aspects of the post teaser including where the image sits.

    set your first widget to full content then your other widget with the excerpt to offset 1. That way it will not pull the first story.
