MemberTo turn off the link on 'all' posts you can simply use
display:none
If you only want it off on certain post you can use the same code above but also give the post a body style class in the post CSS settings.
Love you blog!

MemberCategories can be added as sub categories under any category.
Category lists will only show on the blog (sidebar) when you assign posts to them.
I don't think you can show sub categories on the category display page but you could use thumbnails.
I'm stabbing at this in the dark as I have no idea of the site layout and I'm only guessing what you are trying to do.

MemberYou should be able to control the slider width.
Or you could look at changing the CSS width for ID #logo-slider

MemberHi Angela,
If it works doing it manually then I guess that is the only way. It's hard to understand without seeing the admin side of things.
There's probably an sql query that could be run to set all the images as featured. If you can records a screencast (Jing) showing that issue that would help.

MemberSeems very strange Josh.
Have you tested it on a live site? I'm guessing that's a test site on wpeninge (?)

MemberYou can do it with CSS using position fixed.
You probably need it to be fixed when it reaches the top of the page.

Have you tried using display:none for the CSS class?

MemberHi Angela,
Do you have the featured image set in Genesis settings?
Do you see the option to set the featured image in each post?

I agree the pricing tables need some work. Not sure how this will convert to the sales letter format.... Lots of split testing me thinks 🙂

MemberGuys. FitVids as previously posted is the best. http://wordpress.org/plugins/fitvids-for-wordpress/
You don't have to wrap each video and it works with Vimeo Pro!
The Fluid videos [fve] is ok for YouTube vids but I need fluid Vimeo.
