On this site: http://goo.gl/gGKkv, I can successfully upload images when the Twenty Twelve (or another generic theme) is active.
However, when a Genesis child theme is active, the Media Library does not show any images or successfully upload new images.

Have you tested it on a live site? I'm guessing that's a test site on wpeninge (?)

Thanks for your help!
This is happening on the "live" site: http://goo.gl/pz2Lo. (This is our development server, so nothing is technically live). However, based on WPEngine's advice, I have disabled the Genesis theme and it is working on a WordPress TwentyTwelve theme to see if that is the culprit.)
