I have followed up with members of the StudioPress support team and see that they have been working to assist you with this issue in our official support channel. The moderators of this forum will not be able to assist you with access issues but the StudioPress support team will continue to work with you.
I am closing this thread since this issue is being handled elsewhere.

I would suggest that you direct this type of question regarding the members area of StudioPress via the official support channel by logging into http://my.studiopress.com. Your question will be more likely to reach the eyes of someone that is able to respond.
Robyn, I have just sent a response to the support ticket you submitted last week. An initial response was sent on that same day so if you are not receiving our emails then we would like to help you determine why that might be happening.
We will always do our best to help and if something is preventing us from doing that we will do what we can to help clear up that obstacle. The forum is a place for constructive discussion about using and developing with the Genesis framework.
I am closing this thread but I encourage you to continue with your support request by either replying to the email I sent or by submitting a new ticket from the members portal to let us know that you did not get the response. If you are not able to access our reply please email [email protected] so that we can try to help determine why you are not getting our responses.
The way members of this forum choose to manage the content on their personal website does not relate, in any way, to this forum. Any issues that you might have with individual websites should be directed to them individually with full knowledge that they are retain full discretion about how they choose to handle comment moderation on their own sites. I can understand how feeling that you are not being heard can be frustrating but this is not the place to voice those frustrations.
