    Can log in to this area but getting bounced from member (downloads, accounts etc)

    Try clearing your browser cache on the members login page

    The forum and my.studiopress.com have two different user ids and passwords. Try using Forgot Password to see what happens.

    Did that as well. I'm no expert but it looks like for whatever reason it isn't logging me in.

    If I click on "downloads" "account info" and "get help" it takes me to my.studiopress.com/themes/

    Click on on a them is shows me the full price indicating I am not logged in.

    Jim what happened when you selected Forgot Password? Did it give you a message like "An email has been sent to you.." or "The email address you used was not found..."... anything specific after you clicked Forgot Password?

    It let me set a new password. I don't recall any special instruction or comment.

    BTW - I also tested on windows machine. The problem is with the account and UID/PW.

    Perhaps a new account needs to be set up?

    I have followed up with members of the StudioPress support team and see that they have been working to assist you with this issue in our official support channel. The moderators of this forum will not be able to assist you with access issues but the StudioPress support team will continue to work with you.
