Thank you both so much. One more thing - I see that there is a plugin called "Genesis Grid." Will this essentially do the same thing?

So basically, she just set it up so that her category pages display in a grid format? If I can figure that out, then I could possibly customize the Foodie theme this way instead of figuring out how to copy the first index.

According to the same question sent to Shay Bocks, the Foodie creator, "if you're handy with css and php, yes. 🙂 It takes some customization, but mostly just copying the first index."
I wish I knew exactly how to do this, but the truth is...I don't have a clue where to start! But yes, I basically really want a grid-style layout to display all of my recipes in one page, all of my diy projects in the other, etc. After I saw ohmyveggies.com customize her Foodie theme to do this, I was determined that I could do this, too. The tutorial you sent...if I followed those steps, could I do this with the Foodie theme? Or is that something different?
