I'd like the secondary navigation to be positioned at the top of the primary sidebar with vertical orientation, specific to the page rather than positioned horizontally in the footer. Example: https://aacmfs.org/members/membership/. I'm trying to replicate this.

Can the secondary menu location be changed from Footer to sidebar somehow? Not that useful in the footer.

I only see it available as an option for site layout. When editing the page only landing page and default (full width) are available. I am not seeing content sidebar in this theme. Am I looking in the wrong place to switch the template?

Was there a fix for this? I am having the same problem for the Crystal Child Theme Home Bottom Widget. This issue prevents featuring a PAGE with bullets!
