Hi Christof.. Yes.. here is a good example of the menu functionality we would like to have: http://hepcbc.ca/
Note how they drop down and then to the right if needed.

CDMMemberThanks... Christoph.. I set it to resolved.. But I checked out the responsive menu and it's for mobile.. I wanted it for all 3 and accordion slider... Are you saying that it will work on PC size as well or only mobile????
CDMMemberYes, I did. Thank you. I thought I cancelled sending this post. The Design Palette Pro is GREAT!!!! Now I wish there was a plug-in for horizontal accordion menus!!!!! or that Simple Menus would work with News Pro but it don't!!
Trying to figure out how to put in a banner now. I found a great post on this on the web and modified the php and the css, and that REALLY HELPED, but I'm still stuck with the banner not coming to the very left and right... So I'm thinking that I can match the background of the banner to the background in Design Pro.... and that should work... if everything renders properly... The banner we are testing is an old one and the wrong color... we are designing a new on.
Genesis is GREAT!!!
CDMMemberThanks for the quick reply. The problem here is that it is HTML 5 (which is okay for me) but I'm pretty sure my boss wants something WordPress so that I can hand over the site to someone who doesn't need to know how to do advanced coding.
So, what would Genesis have in WordPress that would be "easily" modifiable... (you can translate that into some custom work for which we can pay... but we just don't have $10K to do this)...
Ideas? Recommendations?
Thanks CD

We are investigating going with Genesis framework, and one of the reasons was to make our site mobile friendly.. which it isn't at all. I really like your site Lily and wow, I can't believe that Google jumped on you. We got the touch elements and the viewport error messages for our old site (and justifiably so).. But your site looks great. Now, I'm really worried that our new site won't be up to scratch either

CDMMemberThanks Kellylise. I understand why I would need a child theme. It's all the shopping around for the best child and then toilet training it!! hahah.. Isn't parenting fun? I just have trouble distinguishing what I want right now. Thanks muchly for getting back to me.
