    Hi.. I want to change the post title color in news pro and I went an modified the css with instructions I found on the web

    The Welcome is not the title. I wanted the title to look like the Welcome you see.. But the only way to do this was to make the post untitled and put the Welcome in the body of the post.

    So: I renamed my post Welcome

    I opened my style.css and located

    .entry-title {
    font-size: 36px;
    line-height: 1;
    }

    and I added
    color: #008080;

    so that the new code is
    .entry-title {
    font-size: 36px;
    line-height: 1;
    color: #008080;
    }

    But it didn't work..

    What am I doing wrong??

    Yes, I did. Thank you. I thought I cancelled sending this post. The Design Palette Pro is GREAT!!!! Now I wish there was a plug-in for horizontal accordion menus!!!!! or that Simple Menus would work with News Pro but it don't!!

    Trying to figure out how to put in a banner now. I found a great post on this on the web and modified the php and the css, and that REALLY HELPED, but I'm still stuck with the banner not coming to the very left and right... So I'm thinking that I can match the background of the banner to the background in Design Pro.... and that should work... if everything renders properly... The banner we are testing is an old one and the wrong color... we are designing a new on.

    Genesis is GREAT!!!

    I love your enthusiasm. ๐Ÿ™‚

    For the responsive menu you can check out https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-responsive-menu/

    Somewhere on the top of this topic you can set it to resolved.

    Thanks... Christoph.. I set it to resolved.. But I checked out the responsive menu and it's for mobile.. I wanted it for all 3 and accordion slider... Are you saying that it will work on PC size as well or only mobile????

    Sorry, my bad. When I read accordion menu I automatically thought mobile. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    To avoid more misunderstandings on my side, can you show me an example of the kind of menu you want to have?

    And yes, you can have "mobile menus" show on desktop view, too. I would do that with the mobile menu in News Pro though.

    Hi Christof.. Yes.. here is a good example of the menu functionality we would like to have: http://hepcbc.ca/

    Note how they drop down and then to the right if needed.

    hmm.. well there are no sub categories on my Menu 1 other than those which drop down.

    I shall give it another look (You've noticed that I am blind!!!)

    Hi Cristoph: I just checked.. I can only have 1 sub item for each main Menu item. I cannot have a sub item of a sub item which is what I want and then to have that accordion out

    Hey man I really appreciate your helping us out!!! Yay!!! So, we got the banner fit. Now, we'll just tweak our banner design. Yup the menus.. I'm told we only have 2 menus and I really DO NOT LIKE the secondary menu.. So.. If I could get my main menu to sub sub.. that would be great.. Did you design News Pro? If you find the code section that controls this maybe you can send it to me and I can compare it to what's on my computer!

    Anyways: I got to shut down for the evening

    ha.. I'm so stupid. I had to set up the parent/child relationship in the pages first. So: I did that with Publications / Fact Sheets/ Easy C's etc. hahahahahah..

    Now I'll tweak.. But I still can't get my Simple Menus to work.. Or is this related to the parent/child thingy?
