MemberIt looks like something 'injected' the redirects into your menu links, so by replacing them that has fixed it.
I doubt very much it is your hosts issue, it is software so not anything that they can control.
It doesn't mean it can't happen again, if there is a security hole in your theme or one of your plugins, but if you are up to date and have WordFence running you have done almost as much as you can to protect yourself.

MemberIf you haven't, add your Site to Google Webmaster Tools. GMT will actually show you the code that is doing the redirect if it has been spotted..
It is normally a snippet of javascipt in your index.php
If you let us know your url (not as a full link just domain dot com ) some people can take look and see where the redirect is happening
Alternatively go to a backup a few days or weeks ago.
Install WordFence.
Make sure your site is up to date with WP versions and plugins.

MemberThe short answer is no.
Genesis SEO uses wp_redirect, which does a PHP header redirect, and (as far as I know) there is no way to open a new tab, as it is a genuine redirect.
You should be able to achieve what you want with javascript but not through the SEO plugin.

MemberPerhaps you could elaborate what your use case is especially
a custom redirect URL
is a little unclear what you are wanting to happen

MemberYou can use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-enews-extended/ with mailchimp (instructions are on the plugin page) and then place the widget in the sidebar you have created for the purpose.
To create / place the sidebar you can code the sidebar into functions.php following various tutorial / eaxmples or you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-simple-sidebars/ I have never used it (as I am a developer so writing a few lines of code is no bother to me) but I hear it is good.

MemberEasy way to find out, turn all your plugins off and see if you can post images to pintrest. If you can, turn them on one by one until you find the culprit.

MemberWell it will write to the directory you set it up in so if you put the duplicator files in a sub directory you should be OK..
I assume you would as matter of course take a full backup first anyway, just in case you do make mistakes you can recover it.

MemberOK thats a clue.
It looks like you host is not permitting access from some remote sites. Have you done anything special security wise? Added a security plugin? Adjusted your .htaccess file?

MemberAn interesting point of view. That argues choosing www. in case your website grows.
Many of the biggest sites in the world choose www.
However there a a quite a few massive sites that don't include www ... wordpress.com , wordpress.org, stackexchange.com, twitter.com

MemberThere is no such thing as a simple site. And the sites that look the simplest probably are the hardest to create
What do they want from their site?
Start asking strategic questions and it might help you crystallise what the drivers are and from that you can then think about design. Have a look at this post, Why do most websites fail?
But if you really just want to theme select, then assuming they have decent photography of models, then an image heavy site might work like http://my.studiopress.com/themes/expose/#demo-full

MemberEveryone thinks WordPress (or any WebSite building) is easy, grab a theme and turn it on, but as you have found out, it can be a very steep learning curve.
Even a pro would take 10+ hours creating a decent site based on a theme, with all the experience of having done it many times before so don't be too hard on yourself.
If you are doing it as an exercise to learn so you can join the ranks of web designers, then keep plugging on, and expect to invest 100+ hours to get basically competent (and maybe take a few courses )
Otherwise, if you area business that the website will be reflecting on your brand and values, you should seriously consider spending time developing the business and get an expert to design & build your site. Please don't take this as me pitching for work from you, it is not, it is just advice to consider.
My experience it takes people at least three iterations before they are prepared to actually INVEST in their online presence, 1st iteration they build it themselves or a friend does or they go for an ultra cheap developer, 2nd iteration they realise they need to fork out some money to get something but they still think of a website as a commodity and they spend some reasonable amount of money getting a look they like, then they realise that although they spent money on a nice looking site, it doesn't actually make their business more successful, eventually they invest in having a website designed to work for their business strategy.
