Do you mean replacing the Title and Description in your General Settings? For SEO Purposes?

AnitaKeymasterI really need a link to see your code with Firebug. Can you share the link please?

AnitaKeymasterSuggestion - you should make the sidebar column width 350 instead of 305. Your content is running off the column.
.sidebar { display: inline; float: right; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; width: 305px; }

AnitaKeymasterThe line in the middle is an actual image. Basically if you are using say, content-sidebar - look in the #inner area for the img setting and modify that.
.content-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-cs.png); } .sidebar-content #inner { background: url(images/inner-sc.png); } .content-sidebar-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-css.png); } .sidebar-sidebar-content #inner { background: url(images/inner-ssc.png); } .sidebar-content-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-scs.png); }

AnitaKeymasterYou know what... I just looked at the listings and there isn't an Author/User field. So, what you can do is set up a new Taxonomy called Agent - add all of your agents in there that way.

AnitaKeymasterIf the agent isn't updating the site themselves, you can create user profiles for each of the agents. Then select that agent/user profile to attach to the listing.

AnitaKeymasterUse the Visual Hook Guide to pinpoint the location you want and then use that hook - http://genesistutorials.com/visual-hook-guide/.

AnitaKeymasterI would think so. This has been an issue for a while now. I will report it again.

AnitaKeymasterThis is the fix for having that extra white space on the right. Look for this around line 170 - it's the #inner .wrap. Change the 1060px to 1040px.
.wrap { margin: 0 auto; width: 1060px; }

AnitaKeymasterWell, what you could do is use Nick's plugin - http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header. See if that works.

AnitaKeymasterFor the post background you need to change the word "transparent" to the HTML color code of the color you want.
.post { background: url("images/line.png") repeat-x scroll center bottom transparent; margin: 0 0 25px; overflow: hidden; padding: 0 0 25px; }
Once you do that, you'll need to add some padding in there, so look for this - change the padding to just maybe 15px:
.featuredpage .page, .featuredpost .post { margin: 0 0 10px; overflow: hidden; padding: 5px 0; }
To change the widget titles, look for the top line of this and add in the two lines - the background line and the padding line - adjust the color and padding to your desired codes.:
h4, h4 a, h4 a:hover, h4 a:visited { background-color: #YOUR COLOR CODE; color: #444444; font-size: 16px; padding: 15px; text-decoration: none; }

AnitaKeymasterWhat are you using if you aren't using a child theme? The location in the style.css file is "header right widget" which is approximately 468px wide - to hold an ad.

AnitaKeymasterYou need to use an FTP product like Filezilla or go to your hosting account and use the file uploader and upload the file that way. If you are not familiar with this, send me an email through my website and I can assist you off of the forum.

AnitaKeymasterDid you just copy and paste the original or did you upload the original file via FTP?
