I figured out the missing code. It was has_excerpt().

So the code should be:

/** Add post excerpt on posts */
add_action( 'genesis_post_content', 'excerpt_on_post', 2 );

Remove background: something; from .featured-top-left
also remove the line margin: 0 0 0 0;

NOW
Add the same background to #featured-bottom .featuredpost, #featured-bottom .featuredpage, #featured-top .featuredpost, #featured-top .featuredpage

Hmm, That seems to be different problem.

Check your DIVs #inner or divs/classes inside #inner (like #content-sidebar-wrap)

That is because of Aspect ratio of the images. I don't know which one is the first image but the two images have small width compared to third.

This is why 2 images have white border on the right side. Check Width off all image.

I hope this will resolve the problem.

Goto your style.css and remove the following lines from .post-info

Goto WordPress Dashboard and Find sidebar text widget named "Green Theory Founder". You will find image url there (http://green-theory.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Laura_Profile-Picture.jpg)

Change this.

Try Firebug to figure out the problem! it will definitely help you. Also try adding !important CSS Declaration.

If possible share a screenshot.

Themes are upgrading gradually and all the mentioned themes (NEWS, MAGAZINE and AGENTPRESS) are already v2.0 or more. All are responsive and recently updated.

However I don't think all themes will be at v2 or responsive by December 2012.
