    I'm trying to wrap my head around Genesis Extender, which I just started using a few weeks ago.

    So, under the GE workflow, should any CSS or PHP modifications I make to a Genesis theme be done from within GE? If so, does, GE simply add to or replace the existing code?

    Using GE, how do I handle CSS or PHP code that I want to remove or comment out?

    You should really be asking this question on the CobaltApps forum, http://cobaltapps.com/forum/. This forum is for Studio Press related questions. Genesis Extender is not a Studio Press product.
