    I use Mailchimp, which is a third party service, connect to the Genesis eNews Extended plugin, to collect reader's email addresses for sending out newsletters etc.

    What Susan said. Your hosting service has a bulk email limit and other restrictions.

    Can I use the same plugins for my site http://www.doregamamp3songs.com/ too ? or shall i remain in blogger.I planned to move to wp so that i can send bulk Mails to readers using plugins in wordpress.

    You should really use a tool like MailChimp; sending bulk directly from your site without properly setting up SPF / DKIM and adhering to strict mass emailing best practices is a sure way to have your site black listed / flagged as a spamming domain.

    An alternative is a transactional email vendor like Sparkpost. Using sparkpost, you can send emails directly from WordPress without impacting your host. If you open a developer account, you can send up to 15,000 emails per month for free.
