    Users are receiving the following error when trying to purchase from my site using a mobile phone.

    Fatal error Call to undefined function genesis() in /home/jamcampsaustrali/public_html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-connect-woocommerce/template/single-product.php on line 85.

    I note that the "jamcampsaustrali" is incomplete compared to the web address, but not sure how this is generated?

    This is the directory path on your server. It was created when you purchased your hosting package.

    The error is indicating that the Genesis framework is not loaded on mobile devices. Are you switching to a mobile theme for smaller devices? The reason I ask is because your desktop theme is not responsive. If you are using a different mobile theme, then you are deactivating Genesis when the switch occurs.

    Turn off the Jetpack mobile theme option.

    Turned of each plugin yesterday and found that Jetpack was the culprit. I had not thought about the mobile theme option within it.

    Jetpack has caused me a few heartaches over the years.
