Hello, the website I am working is in it's infancy phase located at http://www.markliddelldesign.com/wordpress. I am trying to figure out how to have multiple featured page widgets on my homepage both in multiple columns and rows. I did some research and found a plugin called Widgets in Columns. So I added two Featured Pages, and made each "1/2" so that there will be two side by side. However the widgets are stacking on top of each other vs. side by side in two columns. Can you please let me know what I may be doing wrong? Does it have something to do with the way the child theme is programmed? Thanks!

The other related question I had for this, but maybe I need to open another ticket or it may be related, was that the theme was set up to host Featured Posts on the homepage. But I don't want any posts (nor have I entered any). However on the bottom left of the page you see there is space for posts in the gray box. Anyway in CSS or something easier to just delete that field? There isn't a widget applied there right now, so I'm sure it's something written in the CSS???
    Thanks!

    Corey

I'm not seeing a Genesis theme on your site. Did you switch?

Yes, sorry. My client needed some answers and I sort of got tired of waiting. So I switched to a new platform where the answers were a little more readily available. Thanks.
