    Hi,

    I am attempting to change the site header width from 540px to 700px. I have updated the style sheet to the following:

    /* Widget Area
    --------------------------------------------- */

    .site-header .widget-area {
    color: #fff;
    float: right;
    text-align: right;
    padding-top: 10px;
    width: 700px;
    }

    I also use W3TC and have purged the page cache.

    Could someone please point out why the menu is still reverting to a width of 540px and if there are any other areas of the style sheet that I need to change to correct?

    The change is not showing in your css :

    Did you purge style.css in W3TC?
