I widgetized my home page, but two of my widget areas won't sit next to each other, and I'm completely stumped.

The code I used is from here, but I wanted to add an additional widget area on the bottom left, so I just copied and pasted the code from the one above, and changed the name and the widget number.

I tried rearranging and putting the new widget after the large one on the right, but that just moves the large one down--they just won't sit next to each other.

    Any ideas?

Which two widgets are you referring to? I'm seeing three at the top side-by-side, two in the middle side-by-side, and one at the bottom - far left.

    Best,
    Lauren

    Hi Lauren.

The one on the very bottom left. I want it to be right underneath the one above it and next to the one with image of the wrapping paper.

Is there a reason you're creating a new widget area for it, instead of just adding a second widget into the area that's above it?

Either solution is going to take CSS. You can put "connect" under "email" in one widget area and change the styles of that area so that each widget is in it's own white box (instead of the widget area defining one box) or you can put both widgets in their own widget area. You'll need to float bottomright to the right and float lowerbottomleft to the left, as well as clear: none.

Oh my...I knew it was going to be something simple. Didn't even realize the bottom one wasn't floating right. Thank you, Lauren!
