Why is there a featured image on the top of my blog page with Altitude?

I don't have a featured image set for this page or this post but for some reason there is one showing up. Why?

Even though you don't have a featured image set, it may be outputting the image by default if it is uploaded to the post.

You could go to Genesis->Settings->Content Archives and disable "Featured Image".
