    How can I get around the formatting issue of the posts on the home page? I realize the formatting is stripped, but I need to get around it...can someone please help?

    I do have mys ettings to full content, not excerpts.

    Thanks

    Try and add this code to your functions.php file

    add_filter('get_the_content_limit_allowedtags', 'custom_allowedtags');
    function custom_allowedtags() {
    return '<script>,<style>,<b>,<br>,<em>'; //add whatever tags you want to this string
    }

    Thank you...I was actually able to fix this using the theme settings -> Limit post content to 0
