    If I've to add some code (in my case it's a video thumbnail) in the index.php, archive.php, category.php, or content.php; then where I will find the files?

    I'm using "Copyblogger Child Theme" for my blog. I'm looking for the below code to replace with different one:

    "><?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>

    Thank you.

    Child themes don't contain those files; instead, any changes would be made in functions.php and/or home.php (front-page.php in some themes). You should be able to find a function for the thumbnails and change it accordingly.
