    According to StudioPress Documentation you can change the Header Image under Themes appearance in wordpress. However I can't find such menu...

    How do I upload a header image?

    This is how my menu looks, most of it is German though

    Your image isn't appearing.

    If your theme doesn't have custom header functionality (check your functions.php file), then you won't find Header in your Dashboard Menu - you would need to add a header via CSS (or code in your functions.php file to have a custom header).
