    Looking for a solution to publish a good page on Company's People section which will include a few sub-headings, under each sub-heading want to upload a photo and description of the person

    Should I use the new Genesis Block Pro or some other plugin to display the photo and description?

    I find Elementor plugin very heavy and complex to use.

    Any help appreciated

    You really need a form tool with an upload field. Depending on how the form tool stores its data in the database, you may or may not be able to use Genesis Blocks Pro.
