    I created a custom page template for my blog, using this excellent tutorial.

    https://wpsites.net/web-design/make-custom-page-template/

    On this custom page template(page-forum.php). I installed a forum. I would like the width of this forum page to have 1140px width. But that can not change the width of the other pages of the blog that are of 880px . can anybody help me?

    Thank you for your attention.

    Look at how it's done for the landing page template and the CSS used.

    @braddalton, thank you for your attention, but the landing page of the wellness pro, is 880px width. which is the standard width of the full-width pages of the wellness theme
    https://demo.studiopress.com/wellness/templates/landing-page/

    .full-width-content .site-inner {
        max-width: 880px;
    }

    But on the homepage, the .site-inner is different, I need to do this effect in my custom-page template

    .front-page .site-inner {
         max-width: 100%;
         padding: 0;
    }

    Look at how it's done for the landing page template and the CSS used and use that method with the body class for the custom page template to control the width of your template.
