Which website browser do you recommend for development purposes?

I've been using Safari, but I'm trying to move away from it primarily because the colors tend to render darker than other browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. One feature I would really like to see in a website browser with a development toolkit that gives you an option to select a web safe color, which I don't think any of the browser I mentioned has.

I've been using the Firefox Developer's Version or Chrome Canary. Both are experimental browsers. Neither has a color picker, but here is a website that displays web safe colors: http://html-color-codes.info/web-safe-colors/
