Want to add styles to manual "Recommended Posts"

Hi,

I'm currently showing related or recommended posts within blog posts by manually adding a link.. But now I want to add some styles to those links...

For example,

I added two "Read" posts here http://adlutions.com/wp/?p=20 (test site) and applied some styles for H6 tags and used H6 tag to mark Read Posts.. And it worked...

But I believe that's not a good idea in terms of SEO so I just want to know the best alternative to add styles like this...

Like I must be able to add related posts from wordpress editor itself and it must use the defined styles for those links... Is that possible?
