Has anyone used Visual Composer on one of the Genesis themes?

The reason I'm asking is I want to use the Wellness Pro Theme however I want to move specific grid layouts, so that we have two windows spaced followed by a row of three.

I was wondering if this would work using the visual composer tool on genesis?

The one thing to understand is that page builders don't work with widgetized home pages. You'll have to create your own static front page.
