I'm using the genesis sample theme and looking for a way to make the header image have variable links. What I mean is that I have a site with 5 main sections to it. So there is a homepage and each section has its own homepage. So for example if the site was "baseball" and you click "bats"... you go to that section and the logo its a bat. When you click that it takes you back to the bats homepage rather than the main page of the site.

StudioPress provides the code to modify the header URL.

You can use conditional tags with different URL's to get what you need.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I managed to get it working with the link you provided along with conditional tags.
