I'm using Genesis News Pro with Highcharts JS here: http://s7538.p20.sites.pressdns.com/mainframe-survey/

This works fine http://s7538.p20.sites.pressdns.com/wp-content/themes/news-pro/examples/line-basic/index.htm but the same code in WordPress just creates a blank box.

Does anyone see an obvious error I'm making?

It's difficult to say to be honest. A quick check of what the browser is doing shows nothing is being loaded in the div.

Are you using a shortcode in the WSIWIG to display it?
