I honestly just don't know what else to do. I can't figure out how to make my header image responsive! Im using the Genesis Sandbox theme and I had to upload the header image manually through CSS because it didn't come with a "customize header" tab under the genesis setting. I've tried going through the responsive-min.css files and changing the image width & height of my header image at every screen size (ie. 480, 768, & 1024) but that didn't work either, so I undid all those changes... I would have contacted the makers but they have no contact info on their site... All help is greatly GREATLY appreciated!

I feel my best recommendation is to use a different theme. Genesis Sandbox hasn't been updated for over three years.
