unable to change header height

I want to change the height of the header in Outreach Pro. I've edited the style sheet, changing basically everything associated with the header that had a padding or margin tag but nothing has worked. I've removed all widgets from the header thinking maybe that was affecting it but it's still the same.

My test site is at http://www.monkling.com/blog

The section I'm looking to shorten is the darker gray block with the title (Monkling's Blog). Can someone please tell me which section of the style sheet should be adjusted in order to make this block smaller?

Have you got some sort of caching enabled?

When i make changes to the CSS for the site header in the browser, nothing changes possibly becaue of some type of caching.

Caching is disabled. I even loaded the page in a different browser that I rarely use. No change.

Also tried installing WP Super Cache just to make sure it was cleared.

Where are you adding/modifying CSS besides the style.css file?

When i modify the CSS in the style sheet, nothing changes meaning its overridden somewhere else or you have some type of CSS minification/caching etc. How about Photon?

I don't have Photon. The only style sheet I'm editing is the one for Outreach Pro. I haven't added any additional style sheet and I can't find that code reference "height: 160px;" anywhere.

You have installed a plugin called Genesis Super Customizer. It carries this
