    How do I create a two step Optin for my website.

    1. Step 1, landing page offers an ebook as incentive. and says "download now" but does not ask for email address.

    2. step 2, a mini Popup opens that asks for email address.

    As I have a landing page in eleven40 Pro, so I can customize it, However what I dont know is how to add a button that will lead to a mini Popup page. and which plugin should i use to have the Popup
