I've uploaded a new header background image using the suggested size of 1060 x 120 to dev site at http://184.173.236.54/~plumis/

However, if you expand past the 1060 the background color is more of a gray. When can I change that so it is white?

Add the following to your style.css:
```
#header {
background-color: #FFF;
}
```
