    Hello there,

I'm almost embarrased to post this query here....but I've tried everything to troubleshoot this problem...

Trying to create a link so that when a client clicks on the Buy Button it takes them to another separate page.
However, using Parallax Pro and it may have something to do with this....I'm trying to link from the Home Page (parallax) to one of the other WP pages "where to buy"......

To see the issue, go to the Product section and click on the first product Buy button below the image of the Window Cleaner.

This is the code I have used:

    <div class="one-fourth first"><img alt="" src="http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/GLASS-CLEANER-385h.jpg" width="185" height="385" />
    <a href=”http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/where-to-buy-2/”><img alt="" src="http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Buy-button.png" width="116" height="44"/></a></div>

This is the Error "Not found, error 404"

Please see if there is something that is missing...

    EDIT EDIT:
I just tried using the page shortlink - http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/?p=743 and this works.

However, I still would love to know why this is the case? Especially as this is a client site and the same code is used for about 10 products.....

    Your thoughts....

    Best regards
    Greg

When I hover over your image links, they're leading to things like http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/"http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/?p=743"

It looks like your quotes are formatted when they shouldn't be, which is causing them to render twice - try backspacing out the quotation marks here:

    <a href=”http://www.test.gregcooksley.com/where-to-buy-2/”>

and putting them in again. You can also leave out the quotes and try it that way.

    Andrea,

    You are a total STAR!!!!

How the heck did you spot that? I copied the code from Notepad so not sure how those quotes were formatted....

    All working well now.

    Thanks
    Regards
    Greg

Glad you got it resolved! Those are the kind of tiny details that can drive someone completely insane.
