Top menu sticky without overlaying title

I've put the primary navigation at the top and I want to have it sticky.

When I include

.menu-primary {
position: fixed;
}

then the behavior of the menu totally changes. See: http://chribo.biz/kaspar

How can I avoid the overlaying of the title area by the menu bar and keep the original proportions from menu bar to title area?

Add margin-top: 100px; to .site-inner. You may also need to adjust this for various screen sizes in the media queries at the end of the stylesheet.
