Title tag being stripped away from images?

When I upload an image to the media library when making a new post, add a title tag and alt title , and inserting the image into the post, the title tag isn't being saved. If I click on the image, and select the little image on the top left, I only see the alt-title, not the title.

Can others check there images and see if it is doing the same thing?

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I've not checked, but it may be that if the alt attribute and title are the same, that only one is being output. Are your values the same?
