How do I change the title of the page of archives for the month? now writes Archive for Marzo 2017, I want to write Archive for Marzo 2017.
On the archives page I do not want the whole article, but only a summary as in the home, how do it?

I don't understand your question. What is currently being written is exactly what you want to be written.
If you are using the archive template that comes with Genesis, you can use the genesis_sitemap_outmap_filter to modify the output: https://victorfont.com/genesis_sitemap_output-filter/
