Text & Slider Shortcode Formatting?

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you code experts would know how to format the page below? I'd like the Slider on the left and the Text to the right, with the text starting at the same top level as the Slider images. I've added a 10px margin for the text to clear the image.

I think it has something to do with div tags, but I don't know if I need CSS too.
