I've never manipulated the code of a theme before so I am very new...

My client wants to change the black font for headers (which I would think is #000000 but can't find it) to a navy blue color (#000029). She doesn't like black at all.

And if she decides she wants to change the text for the body, where would this be?

She also doesn't like the current font and wants it to be Helvetica Neue, Helvitica, Arial, Sans-serif. I'm not sure what it is now.

She wants it to be like http://www.healthcare.gov website. And I think the above font is their font.

I now know how to find line numbers and edit outside of WP so if you could help me with where the line numbers are in the css and what I'm looking for, that would be great!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Just about all browsers let you find what you're looking for by R-clicking (ctrl+clicking on a Mac) and selecting "inspect element". Click on the element you want to find the color or font for, do inspect element, and it'll bring up the relevant part of the CSS.
