Despite the fact that I've defined tags for each posts on my blog, none of these tags show up in any posts. I've read the Codex info and other forum posts and tried to edit the functions.php, all with no success. Can someone please advise me on how to make tags show up?

I see you are using the Vintage Child Theme which is a Marketplace theme by Restored316designs.com. It appears the original theme doesn't have the tags either. Susan, one of the volunteer Community Forum moderators provides support for Restored316 Designs. Please submit a ticket here - http://www.restored316designs.com/support/ and she can assist you further with your issue.
