Support for third-party "Pretty Creative Theme"

Hello,
One of my clients bought the Creative Theme through Studio Press.
I have a couple of theme-specific questions. Can I ask them in this Forum or do you have a link/name about support for this third-party theme?
Can I expect free support, given that the theme is sold through your channel?

Studio Press does not provide support through this forum. Questions on this site are answered by community volunteers, so questions you ask here can usually be answered. In order to receive support from Studio Press, you need a Genesis license that you have purchased.

As for 3rd party themes, you'll need to contact the developer and inquire about their support policies. The Pretty Creative Theme setup documents are here: http://support.prettydarncute.com/pretty-creative-theme-setup/. You can get the rest of the details you need from that site.
