I'm building my own blog/site using the Parallax Pro theme and would like to know how I can put an email subscription (based on something the reader can get for free like the one the blog shows below.

If you go to that site^ you'll see that she has a subscription box immediately below her first picture. It's almost like she has a space the size of a footer but in the middle of her page.

If you could point me in the right direction to get the same look on my site it'd be much appreciated.
