I want to be able to custom style into the CSS stylesheet social media icons and two buttons to the right of the header image on this website: http://srinikahealing.com/draft/

I do not want to use the header right widget as it's too far over. I want the two current buttons to be moved over so they're sitting nicely next to the header logo image. Do I need to remove the header right widget completely?

What would the styling be to add the buttons on the right of the header logo image?

Thanks, as always, for your help. 🙂

    Warmly,

You could use 2 widgets in the header right widget area.

Then float one to the left and other to the right.

    Brad,

Do I need to style something so that two widgets can sit side-by-side to the right of the header image? I looked at the Widgets page and see that you can add additional widgets, but they sit underneath each other.

Also, do I need to adjust the width of the header image so the widgets will sit closer to the left. Right now, the widget that is there now is too far off to the right, leaving too much space between the logo and the widget.

    Thanks for your help!

Yes, use CSS with the class for each widget.

Good to know, Brad. But what code would I add to the CSS to make this work? I've never had to add CSS styling for a widget, so I'm lost at this point.

Whatever help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Use Firebug to find the widget class and use CSS to float left or right.

Thanks for the additional styling help, Brad.

So are you saying I should have two widgets sit at the top of the page, one on the left having the header image in it and the one on the right having the different buttons in it? If that's the case, then I don't need to have a header image uploaded into the 'Header' section under the APPEARANCE tab. Is that what you're thinking?

Will I need to adjust the header dimensions in the functions.php file so that it doesn't interfere with the two widgets I'm adding at the top?

Again, thanks for your guidance here. I will be SO happy when I can wrap up this website project.

    Warmly,

    Brad,

I believe I've got this now. No need to respond back to my last two questions. I can keep the header image where it's at now, but just adjust the width of it so it moves the right widget in closer.

I'm good to go once I do that.

Again, thanks for your help here!

    Warmly,
    Aletha McManama
