    Trying to move the sidebar on the home page to the left, with the content on the right

    Want 'sidebar' 'content'
    Don't want 'content' 'sidebar'

    Tried to use this code on the functions.php and it did not work:

    //* Force sidebar-content layout setting
    add_filter( 'genesis_pre_get_option_site_layout', '__genesis_return_sidebar_content' );

    Any suggestions?

    No. It will need to go in your front-page.php file.

    the code was there - just needed to switch the portion that had:

    genesis_return_content_sidebar

    for

    genesis_return_sidebar_content
