Sticky Nav Menu on Sample Theme

I'm trying to get the After Header Menu to stick on scroll. I would rather use code than a plugin.

I've found the following code but I think it doesn't work for the latest sample theme.

.genesis-nav-menu {
position:fixed;
background: #fff;
top:0;
right:0;
left:0;
z-index:99;
}

Can anyone please suggest alternative code which works on the latest sample theme. I want the Nav Menu to remain in the same place but become sticky when scrolling.

You also need JS to add a class when the user scrolls.

tbh there are lots of tutorials about this on google. Here's one.
